Limited Warranty

THE HEADREST SAFE COMPANY, LLC IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING PRODUCTS OF HIGH QUALITY AND VALUE AND MAKES EVERY EFFORT TO ENSURE ITS PRODUCTS ARE FREE OF DEFECTS.

The Headrest Safe Company, LLC warrants you, the original Headrest Safe purchaser, so long as it is installed properly and utilized in the manner of its intended use, that it will be free from defects resulting from inferior materials and/or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase with a valid product registration.

The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty is only valid for products purchased in the United States. This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, use in any manner for which is not designed, neglect, modification, damage inadvertently caused by the user, accidents and/or tampering. The warranty does not apply to an improperly installed Headrest Safe.

If service is needed The Headrest Safe Company, LLC will, at its option, exchange or repair without charge for parts or labor. Upon authorization of warranty service, customers are responsible for securely packaging product. Additionally, customers are responsible for costs of shipping to and from The Headrest Safe Company, LLC.

If the claimed defect cannot be identified or reproduced, customers will be held responsible for the costs incurred. Please have the following information available before you begin a claim:

  • Purchaser’s name, mailing address, email address, and a phone number
  • Copy of receipt or online order number (if purchased directly from us)
  • Authorized Dealer name, if applicable
  • Detailed description of the problem

Refund Policy

The Headrest Safe™️️ is 100% committed to providing the best possible product for your valuables. The Headrest Safe™️️ offers a 30-day money back guarantee. The refund will include the full purchase price of your headrest excluding shipping (if paid). Your 30-day return period begins on your date of purchase with valid product registration.

 

NEITHER SELLER OR MANUFACTURER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE HEADREST SAFE.
